Standard Roll Forming Shapes: Box Channels
Our tooling library of roll formed shapes include Box Channels of various widths and heights. We may have the exact shape that you need or we can modify the width with the use of horizontal spacers at minimal tooling cost. Maximum height is 3 inches, and maximum overall strip width is 12 inches. If you require holes or notches in your part, send us your prints so we can determine if we can save you money with in-line punching with our proprietary hydraulic systems.
